High School Juniors
We know that the college search process can be an exciting time! We also know that it might be bit intimidating. Your friends and family, teachers and guidance counselors might have already started to ask you questions about where you are going to apply, to which major, and what you plan to do after college. You also might be receiving a lot of advice and opinions about the admissions process – what grades or scores you need, which extracurricular activities you should join or which major to pursue. Not to mention, all of the brochures you are receiving by mail!
We hope the information provided in this section will help you get organized and feel more comfortable about the process. We offer tips about visiting campus, selecting a college, and completing our application.
Perhaps one of the most important tips is to remember that you should enjoy this process! Another important thing to remember is that you should take some time to get to know yourself and your interests. A college search is not just a way to find an undergraduate education, but a way to find an undergraduate experience. Knowing yourself will help you narrow your choices.
